All products are prepared in a home kitchen operating under Texas Cottage Food Law. PAYMENT METHODS Orders are confirmed once payment is received. For custom orders, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid before pickup or delivery. We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as select digital payment methods through our Wix checkout. Orders not paid in full prior to the scheduled fulfillment date will not be completed. Shipping & Handling Care JJ Oven Delights offers limited shipping within the United States for select items such as cookies and brownies. These products are carefully packaged to maintain freshness and integrity during transit. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout. We provide pickup by appointment in San Antonio and local delivery within designated service areas for an additional fee. To maintain freshness and presentation, all products should be stored in a cool, dry location. Cupcakes and cookies are best enjoyed within 2–3 days of pickup/delivery, while cakes may last up to 5 days with proper care. We are not responsible for products once they have been delivered or picked up.
