CUSTOMER CARE We strive to provide every customer with high-quality baked goods and attentive service. Our products are made fresh in small batches to ensure the best taste and presentation. While we take pride in our work, please note that once items leave our care, we are not responsible for damages caused by improper transport, storage, or handling. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us within 24 hours so we may address them promptly. PRIVACY & SAFETY We respect your privacy. Customer information, including names, phone numbers, addresses, and order details, is used solely to process and fulfill your order. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties. All products are prepared in a home kitchen operating under Texas Cottage Food Law. Our kitchen is not inspected by a health department and may handle common allergens, including wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, and nuts. While we offer gluten-free and sugar-free options, we cannot guarantee that any product is free from allergens or cross-contact. Customers with severe allergies should exercise caution when ordering. WHOLESALE INQUIRIES JJ Oven Delights is primarily a cottage food operation serving individual customers. However, limited wholesale opportunities may be available for small events or local businesses. Wholesale inquiries must be requested in advance and are subject to approval based on order size, scheduling, and availability. Please email us directly for more details. PAYMENT METHODS Orders are confirmed once payment is received. For custom orders, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid before pickup or delivery. We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as select digital payment methods through our Wix checkout. Orders not paid in full prior to the scheduled fulfillment date will not be completed. Shipping & Handling Care JJ Oven Delights offers limited shipping within the United States for select items such as cookies and brownies. These products are carefully packaged to maintain freshness and integrity during transit. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout. We provide pickup by appointment in San Antonio and local delivery within designated service areas for an additional fee. To maintain freshness and presentation, all products should be stored in a cool, dry location. Cupcakes and cookies are best enjoyed within 2–3 days of pickup/delivery, while cakes may last up to 5 days with proper care. We are not responsible for products once they have been delivered or picked up.
