Products are prepared in a home kitchen that handles milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and sesame. Cross-contact may occur; therefore, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens.
Please review the ingredients and notify us of any food allergies before placing your order. JJovenDelights cannot accommodate severe or life-threatening food allergies.
Please inspect your order when it is received. Once an order has been picked up or successfully delivered, the customer assumes responsibility for its transportation, handling, storage, and care.
Pickup, Delivery & Product Care Policy
JJovenDelights is not responsible for melting, tipping, smudging, breakage, weather-related damage, improper storage, or other damage that occurs after the order has been transferred to the customer or the customer’s designated recipient.
Due to the perishable and custom-made nature of our products, refunds or replacements are not provided for damage occurring after pickup or successful delivery. If there is an issue with the order at the time of handoff, please notify us immediately and provide photographs.
